From I-95 North
Take exit 41A-41B for MD-175 W/MD-175 E toward Columbia/Jessup
Keep right at the fork and merge onto MD-175 E
Merge onto MD-175 E
Turn right onto US-1 S
Turn left onto Assateague Dr
From 295 South
Exit onto MD-175 W toward Columbia
Turn left onto Oceano Ave
Turn right onto Assateague Dr
From 295 North
Exit onto MD-175 W toward Columbia

Please check in at receiving office (passed dock door 32). Inbound trucks – our receiving hours are from 8am – 4pm, 7 days a week, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!
If you are running late, arrangements can be made by calling receiving in some situations at 443-661-5600 or email us at receiving@capitalseaboard.com. Make sure to give your PO#.
Our receiving doors are 2-6.
